High Filtration Precision
The hollow fiber membrane is engineered with a pore size of 0.1μm, which helps achieve high precision filtration, thereby producing high quality and clear water.
No Sludge Cake and Pore Blockage
The MBR membranes are cleaned continuously by air flushing, significantly decreasing membrane blockage caused by sludge that is attached to the membrane pores.
Permanent Hydrophilicity
Through special hydrophilic treatment, PVDF hollow fiber membranes are featured by permanent hydrophilicity. High water flux can be guaranteed even if the transmembrane pressure difference is relatively low.
Easy Cleaning
The hollow fiber MBR membrane can be cleaned by using multiple methods, such as backwashing, air flushing and chemical cleaning to efficiently remove contaminants.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
The PVDF hollow fiber membrane has excellent resistance to sodium hypochlorite, acid and alkali, especially alkali resistance.
