Our team of skilled service engineers utilizes advanced water quality testing instruments to provide comprehensive water treatment services, training, and consultation. The chemical cleaning process involves maintaining the normal water level of the operating system and introducing chelating agents and efficient activators into the circulating water. These agents interact with oils, scales, and rust layers, causing strong molecular vibrations that break down the crystalline structure of the contaminants, making them soluble and easy to remove.
Following the chemical cleaning process, the interior surfaces of the circulating water system's pipes are exposed, revealing fresh, reactive surfaces. At this stage, the pipes are flushed with clean water. Next, a proprietary high-molecular coating agent, along with a catalyst, is introduced into the system. The circulation of these agents ensures they are evenly distributed across the newly cleaned surfaces, where they undergo a chemical reaction. This reaction forms a stable and protective coating that helps to prevent future scaling and corrosion.
Stabilizing water quality in circulating water systems is necessary for preventing scaling and corrosion. To achieve this, we use inhibitors such as corrosion and scale inhibitors ECH-328 and ECH-808, which protect metal surfaces from these issues. For microbial control, biocides like ECH-98 oxidizing biocide and ECH-964 non-oxidizing biocide are used to effectively manage microbial corrosion and biofilm formation. Regular maintenance and monitoring ensure the system remains efficient and free from harmful contaminants.
