High-Speed Valve Sack Bottomer, GU8320
GU8320 high-speed valve sack bottomer is designed for bottom pasting of multi-layer paper valve sacks and open-mouth bags used in the construction, chemical, and food industries.
Designed with a fully digital servo-control system, the valve bag making machine enables automated adjustment throughout the process, from tube positioning to finished-bag forming. It supports high-speed production up to 200 bags/min, while maintaining bottom-forming accuracy, sealing strength, and consistent bag structure. The high-speed valve bag bottomer machine is a practical solution for industrial valve sack manufacturers requiring both output capacity and product reliability.

Feeding unit
Adopts a planetary rotary vacuum suction system for stable and efficient tube feeding.
Equipped with double-tube detection and blockage detection to ensure continuous, reliable operation. -
Arrangement unit
Synchronous belt positioning blocks keep the spacing between paper tubes consistent.
Double-tube rejection function removes overlapping or incorrectly fed tubes.
Exhaust holes are pierced at the valve end of the paper tube to support smooth bottom forming and bag processing. -
Bottom Opening and Forming Mechanism
Each oblique creasing unit and straight cutting unit is controlled by an independent servo motor, allowing the corresponding positions to be adjusted digitally.
The vacuum opening mechanism opens the end of the paper tube, allowing the forming unit to enter the tube smoothly.
The forming mechanism opens the upper and lower sides of the paper tube end, forming the bag bottom into a symmetrical diamond shape.
The pressing unit works with the forming mechanism to form the bag bottom while pressing the diamond-shaped structure firmly into place. -

The paper strip feeding, cutting, valve patching, and glue melting units are controlled by independent servo motors, allowing the paper strip length, folded valve length, and insertion position to be adjusted digitally.
The automatic glue melting function helps prevent the adhesive from solidifying when the machine is stopped.
The edge guiding system detects the edge of the paper strip to keep it in the correct position.
The tension control system maintains stable paper strip tension during operation. -
Tubular Valve Mechanism (Optional)
The paper strip traction, cutting, valve tube pasting, and glue melting units are controlled by independent servo motors, allowing the strip length, folded valve length, and insertion position to be adjusted digitally.

Bottom Turning Mechanism
The mechanism can turn the bag bottom upward or downward.
The left and right conveying guide rails allow the machine to produce paper bags with small center distances as well as bags with wider bottoms.
Bags are automatically rejected when the bottom cannot be opened properly. -
Compacting and Counting Mechanism
The counting function allows the target quantity to be adjusted according to production requirements.
The compacting function allows for pressing the paper bags flat, ensuring more consistent finished output.
When the preset quantity is reached, the valve bag discharging function automatically transfers the finished bags for organized output. -
