Application
This machine is also called C type or folded nonwoven face mask making machine. It uses ultrasonic technology to create 3 to 5 layers of PP nonwoven fabric, activated carbon and other filter materials, and turn them into a C-shaped face mask. The process includes bonding, punching, folding, welding and cutting, and the face masks produced are similar to the 9001 and 9002 series by 3M.
