Product features:
1. The printer is equipped with a Japanese KONICA 512I industrial print head, which is suitable for continuous, highly accurate processing of a large number of products.
2. The TF-260X heat transfer paper printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collection system.
3. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The clog prevention flash function prevents blockages, and the print head will spray a small amount of ink at regular intervals in order to keep the nozzle wet, and wash any dried ink blockages away to ensure ink releases in a smooth manner.
4. The print head heating system is set to prevent ink from drying out, then breaking and cracking, simply by keeping the temperature stable and ink in the best possible state in stale working conditions during the printing process.
5. The machine is equipped with a large format, tunable and segmented infrared drying device that immediately dries media during high speed printing processes.
6. An adjustable air suction device platform guarantees the flatness of different materials, no matter how thick they are.
7. The printer is equipped with a dual rail guide and highly accurate AC servo motor in order to maintain the stable carriage operation at high speeds.
