Zhengcai Wei, our chief engineer, began working in a plastic machinery factory in 1986, as he worked as a lathe apprentice for one year. In 1987, he started his own business and began to produce gearless reducers and hand-operated injection molding machines. In 1993, He founded the extruder factory in Taizhou, occupied in the R&D of the screw of plastic extrusion system, engaged in the production and sales of the plastic granulator, tube extruder, sheet extruder, wire drawing machine, lamination machine, aluminum plastic plate extruder, XPS extruder and other equipment. In 2004, he founded Zhejiang Haigang Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd. And in 2009, he set up Kaiyuan Haigang Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd., specializing in the manufacturing and sales of various extrusion systems and other accessories. Currently, he serves as the director and chief engineer of Zhejiang Leeny Technology Co., Ltd., and he is responsible for the design, R&D, implementation, optimization and transformation of continuous cleaning melt filters.

Dongsheng Cao, an engineer, graduated from Anhui University of Science & Technology in 1981. From 1976 to 2001 he worked in the Huaibei Mining Bureau Machinery General Factory, successively served as the technician, workshop director, production factory director and operation factory director. Since 2001, he has been working in Taijiang, Zhezhou, serving as the workshop director, production director, engineer and production factory director in Changcheng Machinery Factory, Dongfeng Auto Parts Factory and Zhejiang Haigang Machinery Co., Ltd. Currently he serves as the production factory director in Zhejiang Leeny Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the total production and technical works.

Xieting Yang, has been engaged in the plastic filter manufacturing industry for 13 years. Currently he works as a senior engineer in Zhejiang Leeny Technology Co., Ltd., and specializes in the design, research and development of the continuous cleaning melt filters and screen changers.

Jian Yang, an engineer, has been engaged in the non-standard automatic machine tool manufacturing for 2 years and daily necessities mold design for 3 years. Currently, he has served as the structural design engineer of Zhejiang Leeny Technology Co., Ltd. for 4 years, focusing on the R&D and improvement of melt filters.

Wei Cao, an engineer, has been worked in CNC machining center and automatic machine tool manufacturing for half a year. Now he works as the structural design engineer of Zhejiang Leeny Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the design of melt filters.
