The planetary concrete mixer with skip hoist uses electric winch lifting for material feeding and is equipped with a vertical shaft planetary mixer. The mixer features a compact structure, small footprint, and easy installation. Planetary mixing ensures more uniform material distribution. When integrated with admixture, water, and cement weighing systems as well as aggregate batching machines, it forms a combined batching plant that significantly improves production efficiency and concrete quality. It is suitable for mixing dry, semi-dry, high-performance, and high-strength concrete.
The mixer can be configured with two discharge gates according to on-site production line requirements, allowing one mixer to supply multiple production lines. This type of mixer is mainly used in small- and medium-scal.

Features
The lifting system adopts a top-mounted long-drum electric winch, meeting different installation height requirements. Single-layer steel wire rope winding effectively extends wire rope service life.
The first stage upper limit switch for hoisting power-off uses an electronic proximity switch, improving switch service life. Multiple stage limit switch protections are installed to prevent skip bucket over-travel and ensure safe operation.
