MV Switchgear Assembly Line

The medium voltage switchgear assembly line carries out continuous production from enclosure installation to final product completion. Through various tooling, RGV transfer vehicles, robotic units, and related workstation fixtures, electrical components are installed into the switchgear enclosure, followed by inspection, commissioning, and final dispatch. Each process step is arranged with a workstation or buffer station. According to the process requirements, corresponding workstation tooling and nearby material storage areas are configured to support smooth switchgear production.
