The pouch packaging machine uses a fully automatic process comprising bag feeding, bag opening, weighing, filling, and sealing, with an 8-station rotary configuration. All parts that come into contact with food are typically made of 304 stainless steel (customizable to 316 stainless steel). When combined with a multihead weigher and conveyor system, it will be able to deliver precise weighing accuracy and fast pouch changeover for the overall system.
