Containers are purchased with your desired sizes. They are cut various openings for door, window and joint by laser cutting machine. The cutting process can create an open, large internal space in the container. The reinforced steel structure allows container to be assembled into container building with different shapes. The welding machine uses the seamless and full welding method to weld joints tighter together, for better sealing performance.

Our factory has the strong capacity of line production, which can fabricate 90 containers every month. The supply ability enables us to finish the project on time.

There are a broad variety of colors available for your choice. Meanwhile, our company can offer a series of surface treatment and special processing. They allow containers to be water proof, windproof, thermal insulated and sound insulated. Therefore, for better thermal and sound insulation of protective layer, ZMbuild adopts the insulated cotton as material which features light weight, high elasticity, strong pressure resistance and zero formaldehyde. The fire resistance rating of container can reach A1. Besides, imported PVC films are used in the internal decoration. They are resistant to water, damp and corrosion, especially ideal for high-humidity areas such as islands.

It is convenient to transport containers by sea or land. After containers arriving at the designated site, our team can use large cranes and forklifts to help with assembly, coating and facing in every city near and far.
