Horizontal Pivot Band Saws
Horizontal pivot band saws GB4028, powered by a 2.2KW motor, is suitable for cutting metal materials with the maximum width of 400mm and the maximum height of 280mm. To achieve the best cutting effects, there are three kinds of speeds to choose from based on the hardness of the materials, the highest can up to 68m/min. The hydraulics controls the clamping force of the materials and the movement of the saw blades, which makes the cutting more stable and convenient. A long blade life can also be guaranteed through adjusting the feeding rate and hydraulic pressure according to the material types.
We also make some improvements for this type of band saws to prevent all the problems that may occur. For example the design of a broader base allows a higher chip carrying capacity, and the externally mounted coolant pump is designed with fixed position to prevent pump dumping.

- 1. The band saw comes with user friendly control panel placed on the top for easy operation.
- 2. The base is enlarged and broadened, which can store more chips.
- 3. Externally mounted outside the water tank, the coolant pump features with fixed position, causing no damaging to the pump due to pump dumping. Good heat dissipation is guaranteed with the coolant pump.
- 4. Broadened Rigid guide arms enable a longer blade life by reducing vibrations during cutting.
