Automatic Roll-fed Paper Bag Making Machine for Square Bottom Bag & SOS Bag with Twisted Handles
These block bottom bag making machines are automatic roll-fed bag making machines developed typically for mass production of paper shopping bags and merchandise bags with twisted handles. Controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor control system, this paper bag machine can automatically accomplish twisted handle making, handle conveying and attaching, paper bag creasing and paper bag forming in one pass. High-speed BUS based servo control ensures that the entire bag making process is carried out automatically and smoothly, greatly reducing labor cost while enhancing production efficiency.

- Mitsubishi PLC controller utilizing optical fiber cable ensures stable running in a high speed manner.
- The paper bag machinery adopts Mitsubishi servo motor and SICK photoelectric sensor, which ensures high bag printing quality.
- Paper roll loading is performed with a hydraulically controlled automatic lifting system. In addition, automatic tension control is realized during paper roll unwinding.
- The width of the conveying section can be adjusted according to the paper handle type.
- The paper bag making machine is designed with an automatic oil lubrication system.
