Application

The pendulum concrete vibrator is one of the most common concrete vibration equipment. This pendulum vibrator is distinguished by high efficiency, making it suitable for working conditions requiring a large constructing area and high working efficiency, which allows for efficient compaction of concrete to a depth of 400mm.

When using this pendulum concrete vibrator, it is recommended to knock the head of the vibrating poker on the floor softly to facilitate its vibration.

Optional Types

The pendulum type vibrator consists of drive unit, and vibrating poker head with flexible shaft, which are connected by different couplings. As long as the coupling is the same, different types of drive units and vibrating pokers can be matched arbitrarily according to your needs.

The couplings that can be fitted with our concrete vibrator include Dynapac coupling (claw type), Hayashi coupling (hexagonal type), Mikasa coupling (hexagonal type), and other couplings which are compatible with our drive units, such as C/W A-VIBRAS coupling B, C/W A-VIBRAS coupling A, etc.

We have vibrating poker heads of different diameters, such as Φ25, Φ35, Φ45, Φ50, Φ60, Φ70 etc. for you to choose from. Considering the different operating conditions in different countries, we have designed five series of vibrating poker heads with flexible shafts.

This pendulum concrete vibrator can be driven by electric motor or internal combustion engine. In order to adapt to different operation conditions of our customers’ building site. We can provide single-phase motor, three-phase motor, gasoline engine and diesel engine for you to choose from. For example, diesel engines and gasoline engines require no external power supply when working, which is especially suitable for working situations in the areas where the power grid is unavailable.
