The front & back labeling machine is built for precisely applying front and back labels to round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, flasks in food, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The two-sided labeling equipment is equipped with PLC control system and touch screen, achieving easy adjustment and stable operations, with labeling precision of ±1mm and speed up to 30-100 BPM. The built-in photoelectric detection and servo/stepper motor drive ensure the accurate labeling positioning and flat adherence. The labeler is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy and has passed the CE certification, is a great choice for improving both packaging efficiency and quality. - Equipped with an automatic bottle separator to create precise spacing before guiding, ensuring stability during subsequent conveying and labeling.
- Features a dual label application mechanism that performs precise positioning followed by secondary press-on attachment to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring labels are wrinkle-free and firmly attached from end to end.
