Nichrome Alloy
Nichrome alloy has high elevated-temperature strength and strong plasticity, making it widely applicable to industrial furnace, home appliances and far infrared device. Nichrome can be made with iron, aluminum, silicon, carbon, sulphur and other elements into nichrome alloy wire, which has higher resistivity and heat resistance and is the heating element for electric stove, soldering iron, electric iron, etc.
OHMALLOY provided nichrome alloy includes Ni35Cr20, Ni30Cr20, Ni80Cr20, Ni60Cr15 and Ni70Cr15. Based on customers' requirements, we can also add other elements in the melting process, like rare earth, zirconium, titanium, etc.
Now nichrome alloy can be made as wire, bar, strip, sheet, rod and other shapes.
Wire alloy has a diameter of 0.025mm-8mm.
Bar alloy has a diameter of 8mm-200mm.
Sheet alloy has a maximum width of 600mm and a thickness of 0.5mm-5mm.
Strip alloy has a maximum width of 400mm and a minimum thickness of 0.07mm.
Rod alloy can be customized as the customers' demands.
OHMALLOY Material offers alloy materials with custom made alloy products, like resistance alloy wire, alloy bars, alloy rods, alloy strips, and sheets. We provide alloy strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.01mm to 3.5mm, alloy wire with a diameter range of 0.009mm to 12mm, alloy rod over 5mm in diameter, and alloy sheet with widths under 1000mm. Our factory is fully equipped with a casting and melting furnace to fully control the quality of the materials.
