• In addition to nitro coffee, this versatile micro coffee maker can also make cocktails, nitro tea, nitro beer, milkshakes, martinis, and more.

• Pour up to 10 ounces (300ml) of store-bought or filtered cold brew coffee into the cup, ensuring the coffee temperature is below 50°C. If using a concentrate, dilute the coffee according to your preference before pouring.
  Note: Homemade cold brew coffee must be filtered before use to avoid clogging the system.
• Insert the tap head lid assembly into the cup and screw it on securely.
• Attach the dispensing spout to the spout connector on the tap head.
• Place one non-threaded 2g N2 cartridge into the cartridge holder. The holder is magnetized, securing the cartridge in place.
• Quickly screw the cartridge holder onto the cartridge valve until you hear a "whoosh" sound, indicating that the cartridge has been pierced and the gas has been injected into the cup. The pressure gauge should read around 110 PSI.
  Note: It's normal to hear a slight gas escape and see a few drops of coffee by the pressure release valve.
• Shake the cup gently for 5 seconds to fully infuse the nitrogen gas with the cold brew coffee. Alternatively, you can let it sit for 1 minute to achieve the same effect.
• Press the top push button to dispense and enjoy a smooth, creamy nitro cold brew coffee.
