Industrial spray booths for large vehicle finishing
When working on special-purpose vehicles, construction machinery or firefighting units, the coating process needs to match the size and shape of these vehicles. These vehicles are often very tall, very long or shaped in a non-standard way, so the airflow, heating and access points need to be set up to match their size. Open spraying areas and regular automotive booths usually don’t have enough height, booth length or airflow strength to deal with this type of work. Large spray booths designed for buses and trucks offer the space and control needed for these projects. Their extended booth length, reinforced airflow and higher heating capacity support consistent coating on long or uneven surfaces. Full-size doors and side access points also make it easier to reach different parts of the vehicle during both manufacturing and repair work. With the right heat distribution, the curing stage becomes more stable, which helps the coating last longer on vehicles that work outdoors or under heavy use.

System functions include spraying, heat-spraying, baking, baking time setting, lighting control, fault indication, temperature control, power switch,emergency stop, hour meter, temperature limiter, ammeter, voltmeter, pressure gauge, pressure alarm, and reduced-voltage starter for the exhaust section.

Split Booth
The spray booth can be configured with a dividing door system, allowing the interior to be separated into two sections.
Depending on the project layout, you can choose between a folding door or an electric roller door for this split configuration.
Outdoor Booth
When indoor space is limited, an outdoor spray booth becomes a practical solution.
An exterior protective structure can be added around the spray booth to shield it from rain, wind, and other harsh weather conditions, ensuring stable performance throughout the year.
3-Axis Movement Platform
The 3-axis movement platform provides easier and safer access to higher areas inside large spray booths, especially when working with buses, trucks or oversized components. Its three-direction movement system gives operators stable and efficient reach at elevated positions.
Heat Recuperator
The heat recuperator allows the system to reuse part of the hot air that would normally be exhausted. This recirculation helps reduce energy consumption during operation, providing a more efficient heating process inside the spray booth.
