HD-0222 automatic ffp2 blank respirator mask making machine (A-type) is designed for making blank respirator mask by ultrasound welding system and hot pressing technology. It is equipped with touch screen and PLC control system that it is highly automated and easy to use. Its products can meet N95 standard.
It can auto feed 2 to 6 layers of whole roll of material such as needle punched cotton, nonwoven, and filter material. It can do a series of processing more efficient than traditional handcrafting such as material forming, die cutting, welding, collecting finished products, automatic counting, etc.
