Performance & Features

Suitable for laminating of paper, film, and metallic film coating; the entire oral thin film machine uses frequency converter stepless speed regulation system, and unwinding unit adopts magnetic powder brake tension control;

Details of Work Stations

1. Film Making Section
  - Independent film making unit, which can realize 3-axis direction adjustment;
  - The main roll is controlled by a servo motor to adjust the speed of the machine;
1. Unwinding Section
  - The unwinding unit adopts the air expanding shaft;
  - Unwinding tension is adjusted by magnetic powder clutch;
  - Alarm for film shortage;
1. Drying Section
  - The drying oven has a built-in hot air high-efficiency filter that eliminates the need for the cleaning of internal pipeline, and pressure difference protection is available inside the oven to facilitate regular replacement of the high-efficiency filter;
  - Temperature and humidity control inside the oven;
  - The drying oven is constructed with full stainless steel structure, and the opening and closing of the oven are controlled by the cylinder;
1. Rewinding Section
  - The rewinding unit adopts servo motor to control the winding speed;
  - A speedometer is equipped to monitor the film conveying speed in real time;
