Open Face Paint Booth

Workpieces that do not require strict finishing conditions Used for primer and anti-rust coatings, as well as sections that do not require a high level of gloss or surface cleanliness. Small or temporary spraying tasks Used for small projects or quick spraying tasks inside the workshop. It’s helpful when only a basic area is needed to apply a coat and a fully enclosed booth is not required. On-site repair work Often used when large equipment or fixed structures can’t be moved into a closed spray booth. Thanks to the open layout, operators can handle small touch-ups or repair work directly on site without having to move the piece.
Advantages
- Open-face booths cost less because their structure is very simple. Most setups only use a light canopy, a small exhaust fan and a simple filter section. Because of that, the upfront cost stays much lower than in a fully enclosed booth.
- The open design provides more space to work with long, wide or tall pieces, since there are no fixed walls in the way. It is a practical option for oversized parts that cannot be placed inside a closed booth.
- Most of the airflow moves naturally, and a small exhaust fan is used only when extra extraction is needed. Energy use stays low, and the ventilation system is easy to maintain.
- The open front allows workpieces to move in and out easily, which is useful when using cranes, forklifts or other lifting equipment to position heavy or large items.
- Daily use is easier than in enclosed booths because there aren’t as many settings to manage. It is suitable for spraying tasks that don’t need very strict control of temperature or airflow.
Main Configuration
- Wall Panels
The booth is built with 1.5 mm galvanized steel panels that are shaped and secured with screws. The structure is sturdy and easy to assemble, without needing anything too complex. - Lighting Fixtures
The YS-OF2 comes with one light fixture, while the YS-OF3 includes two. Each fixture has two 36-watt explosion-proof tubes that provide steady, reliable illumination for spraying operations every day. - Exhaust System
An explosion-proof axial fan handles the air removal and helps keep overspray and fumes from building up in the work area. This adds safety when working with solvent-based coatings.
