Production Process
The LY-HB1500CZ intelligent automatic rigid box making machine is designed for high-volume production of rigid boxes, including smartphone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetics boxes, watch boxes, and beveled-edge boxes.
Controlled by a PLC system, HMI interface, and camera tracking system, the machine automatically completes key box-making processes, including wrap paper feeding, greyboard feeding, corner pasting, greyboard gluing, box lifting, side wrapping, edge turning-in, corner folding, and final forming. Its updated machine design also improves operator safety while giving the equipment a cleaner and more modern appearance.
The feeding, gluing, and conveying sections are servo-driven with stepless speed adjustment, supporting accurate operation, easier setup, and shorter changeover time. In the gluing section, a 10-megapixel camera works with a robotic arm to pick up and apply adhesive to the greyboard, achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. The forming section uses Japanese ABBA linear guide blocks and a virtual cam drive system to ensure smooth movement, stable forming quality, deeper edge turning-in, and cleaner corner folding.
