Sengtor offers high volume biodegradable or poly film, tubing and sheeting for all your packaging and shipping material needs.
We utilize advanced technical equipment, such as film blowing machines, sheet extrusion machines, printing machines, and bag cutting machines. Many companies are still focused primarily on traditional plastic films, but we have been heavily focused on the production of degradable plastic films. We can also produce PP, PE, and other plastic products with front and back colors, different sizes, thicknesses, and material combinations.
Poly tubing is ideal for packaging long or oddly shaped items. Because they are scrollable, you can quickly and accurately insert your product. Once the product is inserted, you only need to cut it to the desired length and then close the other side by heat sealing, braiding, or even binding the ends. Our poly film is supplied in a continuous roll of durable low density polyethylene and provides protection from weather, dust, and other contaminants.
Our polymer films are available in a variety of colors including clear, black and red. There are various ways of providing sheeting to our customers, depending on how they are cut and wound. For example, we have single wound sheeting, double wound sheeting, centerfold sheeting, or center slit sheeting.
The organ bag made of ultra-transparent plastic is not easy to stretch and is more durable and sturdy than ordinary plastic bags. And the accordion design on both sides can increase the capacity of the bag. In order to meet the different needs of our customers, we can customize rigid plastic sheet of different thicknesses, and they can also be made into a roll film with various embossing effects.
