Horizontal Tube Continuous Cooking System
FJLIME’s HTCC technology is a new type of non-wood fiber continuous cooking technology, which is successfully developed based on the international technology. The horizontal tube continuous cooking system can be individually equipped according to different output, raw materials, pulping methods, etc. We can provide turnkey projects in terms of storage bin, blow tank, main and auxiliary equipment, electrical instrumentation, installation and commissioning. Internationally advanced DCS automatic control system is utilized to ensure the reliability and automation of the production. This cooking system is suitable for producing chemical pulp from non-wood fiber raw materials and chemical mechanical pulp, such as wheat straw, bagasse, reed, linters, bamboo, and cotton stalk, with production capacity of 50-300tons/day.
- Stable electricity and steam consumption
- Decreased steam and reagent consumption reduces pollution and waste liquid recovery cost.
- High pulp yield, stable quality
- High production efficiency due to high level of automation
