Power supply of corona surface treatment system
The CW1000 series corona generator utilizes a resonant switch, along with reliable integrated circuits and power devices. It efficiently converts grid electricity into high-frequency, high-voltage AC using a bridge inverter circuit comprising power tubes. This high-voltage AC is then applied to the surface of the treated material through dedicated discharge electrodes. When polymers and other treated objects are subjected to discharge, their surfaces generate polar groups. This results in a strong ion impact, which roughens the material's surface, effectively enhancing the penetration and adhesion of ink and glue.

Under the same film and environmental conditions, our corona generator yields a dielectric constant (Dyne) 3-8 times higher than a traditional one. Or for the same Dyne consumption, our corona generator needs only half of the power. - High Power Spectrum Frequency
Our corona generator operates at a power spectrum frequency of 8-16kHz, and allows a uniform and dense distribution of discharge sparks during corona treatment. This leads to a smooth and bright surface of the plastic film without affecting its appearance and strength. - High Efficiency
Utilizing an advanced resonant switch, our corona generator achieves an energy conversion efficiency of up to 95%, resulting in minimal self-consumption. - Constant Current Operation Mode
At the early stage of design, our corona generator has fully considered the uneven processing effect caused by the fluctuation of the discharge roller and the non-uniformity of the treated plastic film. Therefore, our corona generator employs a constant current operation mode, which maintains a stable high-frequency current flux on the film surface even when the discharge roller fluctuates or the film surface is not uniform. This ensures uniform Dyne on the film surface and significantly improves the printing quality and composite strength of the film. - Full Electronic Protection
Our corona generator is equipped with sound and visual alarm for output short-circuit, open-circuit and overload protection.
