    • The meat slicer uses an electric drum motor to drive the conveyor belt, eliminating chains and gears from the transmission system. This structure improves operating stability, makes operation and maintenance easier, and allows the belt to be quickly removed and reinstalled for more thorough cleaning.
    • The conveyor speed and blade speed are both adjustable, allowing operators to set the proper speed ratio for different products and slicing requirements.

      1. Inverter

        The built-in Siemens inverter provides stepless speed adjustment and intelligent protection against overcurrent and voltage fluctuation. This helps the motor run smoothly under heavy-load conditions and can extend the machine’s service life by up to 30%. It also supports accurate slicing thickness for fresh meat products in different shapes.

      1. Knife Assembly

        The multi-blade cutting design improves slicing efficiency and helps produce meat slices with consistent thickness. Different knife assemblies can be installed to achieve different cutting thicknesses.
        The knife assembly supports quick removal and replacement. Operators can complete a changeover in about 5 minutes, allowing fast switching between cutting thicknesses from 2.2 mm to 50 mm.

        Three motors independently control the double-layer belts and blades. This chain-free design reduces the risk of lubricant contamination and helps maintain a cleaner processing environment.
        Combined with inverter control, the system automatically adjusts to load conditions, helping reduce energy consumption by 5%–15% and lowering routine maintenance costs.

      1. Cast Housing

        The industrial-grade cast-iron housing absorbs strong vibration and helps prevent bolt loosening. This helps maintain cutting alignment during intensive, continuous production and supports consistent slicing performance over long-term use.

        The 0.8 mm thick stainless steel plate resists deformation under high belt tension, improving conveyor stability during continuous operation.

      1. Intelligent Lift-Up Cleaning System

        The conveyor belt can be lifted automatically with one button, providing open access to the bottom cleaning area without tools. This lift-up design allows the entire meat slicing machine to be cleaned thoroughly with 360° high-pressure water, reducing manual cleaning workload while helping prevent mechanical jamming or abnormal belt wear caused by improper manual adjustment.
