The fresh meat strip cutting machine is designed for vertical cutting of boneless poultry and livestock meat. It can longitudinally slice 1 cm pork strips, beef, duck breast, lamb, and fish into uniform strips, and can also be expanded into a dicing production line.

A cutting system where the conveyor feeds the meat directly over the blades combined with a pressing-claw gripping mechanism ensures a straight cutting path, well-defined meat strips, uniform sizing, and reduced material waste.

      The cutting head is driven by an independent motor and equipped with multiple high-speed circular blades made from food-grade 304 stainless steel. The sharp, wear-resistant blades are suitable for continuous fresh meat cutting.
      A pressing-claw fixing structure holds soft meat firmly at the moment of cutting, reducing slipping and deformation. This helps produce straight, uniform meat strips while reducing side-trimming loss and improving finished-product yield.
      The modular cutting-head design supports quick complete assembly replacement, allowing one machine to handle multiple strip-cutting specifications.

      The built-in Siemens inverter provides stepless speed adjustment and intelligent protection against overcurrent and voltage fluctuation.
