Magnetic Pulley
Permanent Magnetic Separator
Head pulley used in belt conveyors for removing metals from non-magnetic materials being conveyed
Magnetic pulleys are capable of removing iron shavings, metal scraps, and iron blocks from dry materials as they move along a conveyor belt. These separators are commonly used in industries such as mining, food processing, plastics, and recycling, ensuring that unwanted ferrous contaminants are effectively separated from bulk materials.
Typically installed at the discharge end of a conveyor belt, magnetic pulleys can capture and remove ferrous contaminants from high-volume dry materials, including iron ore, grains, sand, gravel, plastics, wood, crushed glass, and industrial waste. By integrating with a conveyor system, these pulleys create an automatic separation process, continuously filtering out metal impurities as materials are transported.
