Fiber Ball Filter Skid
Fiber ball filter skid adopts pressure filtration method and modified fiber ball as its filter media. The filtration material is featured by low density, good flexibility, excellent compressibility and high porosity, can form filtration distribution of loosened top layers and tight bottom layers under the action of pressure. Due to its characteristics of large specific surface area and high porosity absorption, the fiber ball provides excellent performance of suspended solids interception. In addition, the backwashing process can be easily accomplished thanks to the non-stick property of the fiber ball, thereby reducing the water consumption. Furthermore, the fiber ball filter media is also characterized by excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical stability, and it can be reused through chemical cleaning method after being contaminated by organic matter.
