Product features:
1. M-330X 512i 30PL Eco-solvent Printer is equipped with an automatic media feeding and collecting system, and double vinyl feeding and collecting systems.
2. Positive pressure cleaning is used in the print head cleaning system. The anti-clogging flash function can eliminate blockages and the print head sprays a small amount of ink at regular intervals in order to keep the nozzle wet, wash the blocks away, and allow for a fluid release of ink when printing.
3. A print head heating system is installed to prevent ink from breaking down by maintaining a stable temperature and keeping the ink in an optimal state for stable working conditions during the printing process.
4. The automatic ink absorption system ensures a fluid and continuous release of ink at high-speed printing and the prints feature high quality.
5. The design of the fabric pinch rollers is denser than common printers with uniform pressure and stronger friction force, so cloth can be loaded into the machine with less outside interference.
6. The printer adopts a large sectional infrared drying device to ensure that the ink on the cloth can be dried immediately upon application during the high-speed printing process.
7. High-accuracy dual mute guide and high-accuracy AC servo motor are applied in the printer to ensure that the carriage can operate smoothly at high speed during the printing process.
