This Polyurethane sole foaming machine is used for a variety of two color or single color polyurethane soles and custom molded footwear.
Features
- The mixing head uses a high-speed mixing system, ensuring different components mix evenly in a continuous process that reduces waste by more than 50% compared to traditional sole forming machines. The patented injection valve is wear and blockage resistance, and removes the instantaneous difference in discharge rate to ensure high foaming quality. Installation of a cooling system also improves machine safety.
- The high precision metering pump is manufactured by military companies. Using an electrical pulse to measure the speed, the error can be controlled under 3‰.
- The 120-liter stainless steel barrel features a jacketed structure and an independent constant temperature box. The two-layer pipe insulation mechanism reduces problems such as continuous temperature increases after the heater has turned off.
- With a PLC controller, this machine features a stable performance without any interference. With imported components, it supports real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure and more. Users can store up to 800 finished product specifications, and supports weight measurement, quick operation, and an automatic tracking that is both convenient and accurate.
