The zipper tape needle loom is designed for the production of zipper tapes. It features a high rotation speed, a low noise, and easy operation. This needle loom produces different metal zipper tapes and nylon zipper tapes for use in clothing, boxes, and shoes. In addition, the stationary pattern chain is used to fix the webbing pattern, ensuring operation and adjustment is easy.

The yarn feeding device utilizes a belt transmission with a gear for flexible speed shifting. This ensures weft yarn feeding stability and ensures the machine is suitable for the production of a variety of webbing types.
