Basic Information

Inner tube: Chemical-resistant FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene)
Appearance: White and smooth surface
Reinforcement layer: Fabric cord wrapping and spiral steel wire
Outer cover: EPDM rubber, offering excellent chemical and weather resistance
Color: Available in black or green
Operating temperature: -40°C to 150°C (intermittently up to 180°C)

Applications
Widely used in industries such as petroleum, food and beverages, chemicals, cosmetics, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and biopharmaceuticals. It is suitable for transporting various corrosive chemicals, excluding substances like chlorine trifluoride, chlorine gas, dry fluorine, dioxygen difluoride, phosgene, and molten alkali metals (e.g., sodium). Additionally, it is ideal for unloading between mobile and stationary units in chemical, pharmaceutical, and other related sectors, including road and rail tankers.

Features
Featuring a smooth inner wall, the hose ensures maximum flow rates and facilitates easy cleaning, even at steam temperatures of up to 150°C. It offers excellent chemical and mechanical properties, making it suitable for demanding applications. The inner tube complies with FDA 21.CFR.177.1550, ensuring reliability in industries with strict material safety requirements.
