The tank block is made of Baosteel high quality steel plate with a thickness of 2.5mm. Its surface is finished with polishing, and made using an automatic welding process and digitally controlled automatic operation. The bedplate and footing feature an integral bending process, ensuring a streamlined designed, high strength and deformation resistance.
The muffler is equipped with an enlarged filter element to better eliminate the noise. Thus the machine has longer service life and lower noise.
The triangular belt is consumable. With the use of high quality rubber as the raw material, the belt has small elongation, stable performance, strong flexibility and long life span.
The gasoline air compressor uses an enlarged contactor and precise thermal protector to ensure stable and safe motor operation.
Using an independently produced energy-efficient motor which uses the copper wire as raw material, the machine can start and run normally under voltage fluctuations within +/- 25%. The compressor operates normally for over 5,000 hours.
