Description

The static mixer is mainly applied for mixing colors and adding additives, which simultaneously and proportionally extrudes and mixes color pastes, base material and additives. This mixer is suitable for the filling of 200L large barrels. The changeover of color is convenient, with less loss. It can be used together with automatic double head piston filler or tube filler and sealer to match with nitrogen energy storage. The static mixer is replacing the traditional sealant making equipment, capable of simultaneous adding and extruding of over two materials with even mixing. Besides, it has wide applications.
