Bike racks assist in supporting bikes, meaning the mechanical structure and bearing capacity are extremely important. A qualified bike rack requires multiple manufacturing steps, including welding, electrochemical machining, T4 heat treating, T6 hardening, polishing, film coating, and painting, followed by multiple tests, including a bearing test, crash test and riding test.
