Weiying DW series belt dryer machine is continuous drying equipment designed for drying various raw materials. Either single layer belt dryer or compact multi-layer belt dryer can be provided to meet your specific needs. Our belt dryers enable the materials to be evenly distributed on the conveyor belt by means of star distributor, vibrating belt, grinder and granulator. One or several heating units are equipped along the conveyor belt, and each heating unit has heater and circulation system. The hot air moves up and down when the conveyor belt passes through, therefore enabling the materials to be uniformly dried.
DW series single-layer /multi-layer belt dryers can be widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, electronics and other industries. It is absolutely suitable for the drying of tablets, strip, granular materials with good air permeability. In addition, it can also be used to dry materials after being processed by a granulator or extruder.
Processing principleThe wet material is distributed by the infeed conveyor onto a belt in an even layer. The heated drying air flows through the material layer and the drying belt. After that, the hot drying air is cooled and saturated by absorbing water from the material. At the belt end, the material layer is discharged from the dryer. The whole process is set by an automated process control system. As you can see, it is actually automated production.
