Dual shaft mixer consists of low-speed gate impeller and highspeeddispersing discs that are moved in concentric rotation to stiranddisperse medium and high viscosity materials. With the rotationof thegate impeller, materials are transferred toward the center ofthe vesseland then dispersed by dispersing discs rapidly, thus ensuring anexcellent efficiency of dispersing, dissolving and mixing. Thedualshaft mixer can be custom manufactured with mechanical seal andenclosedstructure for vacuum operation. Vessel body can be provided indoublewalled structure with cooling jacke, and/or insulation layer.
