Cooling Tower Pumps
Cooling tower pumps are installed to deliver clean water to the spray system installed in the tower. Spray water pumps are all customized according to the characteristics of the cooling towers and they feature a large flow and low spray head.
We provide two different kinds of water pumps to configure the cooling towers: one is a horizontal centrifugal pump and the other is a vertical centrifugal pump. Both have their own advantages. For example, thanks to a low speed motor, the vertical centrifugal pump greatly reduces noise and vibration during operation, prolonging the service life of bearings and other wear parts.
The horizontal centrifugal pump is designed with direct-connection to the structure, facilitating convenient installation, maintenance, and overhaul. During an overhaul, there is no need to move the pump body, inlet, or outlet pipes. The impeller and other components can be easily removed for examination and repair simply by removing the motor. The balance hole structure is employed to balance the axial forces of the pumps. The wear-resistant mechanical seal device to ensure stable operation and service life. Notably, the precision casting impeller, high-strength shaft and imported bearing are all used to guarantee the high-quality of our products. The materials of the impeller are divided into wear resistant cast iron and cast copper.
