Introducing our spiral cooling conveyor, an efficient solution that harnesses air-cooling technology to cool rubber components. Our cooling conveyor system enhances product quality and addresses challenges associated with material adhesion and deformation during the cooling process.
Our conveyor incorporates SUS304 stainless steel for the sections that come into contact with rubber components. The entire unit is covered with PC acrylic panels, preventing dust contamination and ensuring product integrity. Additionally, the fully enclosed structure maximizes the air-cooling efficiency.
