Performance
The double-batch high-speed impingement oven is equipped with two fully insulated cooking chambers made from 304 stainless steel. Each chamber uses TWO independently controlled variable-speed blowers and TWO catalytic converters to generate a balanced upper and lower impingement airflow pattern.
The individually functioning dual-chamber feature enables different menu items cooked at the same time without interference, resulting in fast, high-quality cooking and reheating with consistent output.
Baking, roasting, browning, and crisping are performed evenly across both chambers. Smart control and catalytic filtration support true ventless operation with no emissions.
The oven delivers higher overall output while requiring less space and consuming less energy compared with conventional multi-oven setups.

- Rapid cooling function significantly shortens cool-down time, completing cooling within approximately 12 minutes.
- Large cooking chamber (47 × 43 cm / 18.3 × 17 inches), suitable for 2/3 GN pans and pizzas up to 16 inches.
- Turntable design improves heat distribution and supports more even cooking results.
- Smart menu system supports a total of 864 programmable menus across upper and lower chambers, with up to six cooking stages per menu.
- Menu management support: PC-based pre-programming software, remote menu transfer via internet connection, and USB menu loading.
- User-friendly touchscreen interface with an intuitive smart menu system for simple and direct operation.
- Ventless, zero-emission design with a built-in catalytic converter that breaks down grease-laden vapors. No dedicated ventilation or exhaust system is required.
- Selectable temperature units (Celsius/Fahrenheit). Temperature range: 5–285 °C / 41–545 °F.
- Three independent temperature-mode profiles, allowing menus to be categorized by service period (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
