Shear blades are used to apply shear force to metal sheets in a variety of sizes, so that sheets are cut to the required size. Our shear blades are used for handling stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, high manganese steel and metal sheets.

- Blades up to 4100mm in one piece
- Compatible with a variety of guillotine shears and swing beam shears. Our shear blades feature double sided countersink or threaded hole, including 4, 2, or 1 cutting edge with threaded hole.
- Whole blades quenched and tempered, significantly increasing the hardness to HRC58°-64° and extending the working life.
- High alloy materials available: 5WSiCr, 9CrSi, 6W2SiCr, Cr12MoV, H13, H13K, LD, W18Cr4V.
- Custom service based on your specifications: center to center distance of holes, hole diameter, length, width, height, etc.
