Toothed Blades and Serrated Blades
HENGLIDA provides tailor-made toothed blades and serrated blades for a variety of applications. Blades include a V-tooth blade, flat-ended tooth blade, rounded tooth blade, sharply pointed tooth blade, coarse tooth edge or a fine-tooth edge. These toothed blades and serrated blades are ideal for use in food processing, packaging, paper cutting, woodworking, rubber converting, film cutting, and more.
Our toothed blades and serrated blades are made from the highest possible quality materials, including carbon tool steel (9CrSi, SAE52100, D2, SKD-11, 1.2379), stainless steel (420SS, 440B, 440C), high-speed tool steel (HSS, SKH-51,SKH-9, ASP-23), and tungsten carbide.
We offer tailored blades with a thickness tolerance ranging from ±0.001mm to ±0.0005mm, surface roughness of Ra0.1μm, and blade bore tolerance of H4.
