Features

• The slitting machine is synchronously controlled by 3 servo motors, and features an automatic taper tension control system and center surface winding.
• High-speed variable frequency control ensures stable running.
• Automatic operations including meter counting, alarm, machine shutdown allow for high efficiency and operational safety.
• The air shaft is used for winding and unwinding.
• The web guiding system is designed with a photoelectric sensor to realize precise web guiding and edge position control.
• The slitter uses high quality circular knives, and the blade can be custom designed to fit your cutting application.
• The waste after cutting can be automatically discharged.
• Air shaft for automatic roll loading; roll loading device with shaftless structure can be optionally equipped.
