Working Principle

This RV diesel heater works by using the heat generated from burning diesel to warm the air inside the vehicle. Upon activation, the heater draws diesel from the tank and injects it into the combustion chamber via an injector, where it mixes with air and ignites. The generated heat is transferred to the vehicle's interior air through a heat exchanger, effectively raising the temperature inside.

A diesel heater is both a combustion and heat exchange device. Diesel enters the heater's combustion chamber, then the heat is absorbed by the heater's radiator. This warms the cold air or coolant flowing through the radiator's fins, which then circulates into the cabin or engine area. Combustion exhaust is expelled through the exhaust pipe.
