Our cooling equipment comes in several configurations, including the overhead rubber batch off cooling line, roller type rubber sheet cooling machine, and chain belt multilayer rubber sheet cooling machine. For example, if you work with an X(S)N-35L kneader producing sheets about 600 mm wide and 12 mm thick, it’s common to use an overhead batch off cooling line with a total length around 12 meters to achieve consistent cooling and stable processing.

How can the rubber sheets be handled after they’ve been cooled?

There are several ways to manage the sheets once cooling is complete. They can be cut to specific lengths and stacked neatly, placed onto a turntable to simplify transfer to the next stage, or rolled into compact cylinders for easier storage and handling.
