In sandstone plants with an inefficient water source, the cost and engineering difficulty are significantly increased when using a wet sand production plant. Because of that, we developed the HB series dry sand making plant, which is efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly- all without requiring a water source. This makes it ideal for use in water limited situations, such as a mine.
The sand and powder separation system process:- Crushed materials from the feed opening are delivered to the vibrating screen by belt. These materials, once they reach the required amount, enter the sand making machine, and if they do not meet required amounts, are sent to the sand and powder separation system.
- The sand and powder separation system will separate powder from sand, and materials are delivered by two belts. This system removes about 85 to 90% of fine material.
- The moistener will moisturize the discharging materials from the dry cleaning machine. Water content of moisturized materials is below 10%.
- The finished products are stacked, and the powder is canned.
