Magnetic Transmission Drive Roller
Products description
As the substitute for traditional machined gears driven using friction, the magnetic transmission drive roller's transmission model is a non-contact mode. It is widely used in machining fields with high requirements, such as the production of LCD, OLED, PCB and other optic components. Processing will also generate no dust and no noise.
Our magnetic roller base is made of A5056 material and a sintered magnet, giving it a strong magnetic force. The rolling speed can reach 1500rpm, and it is suitable for use in a temperature range of -20-60℃.
Transmittance directions in both vertical and parallel types are available, with the different lying in the gear position. The vertical type transmits power by arranging for two gears at 90°, and the parallel type transmits power through two parallel gears.
Features- The non-contact transmission mode causes no dust and no friction damage on the machine, allowing the magnetic transmission drive roller to be used in the no-dust room and rooms that require level 1 cleanliness.
- With a long service life, these components need no maintenance and lubricating oil because no damage and wear will occur.
- It is difficult to offset the rotation, even when rolling at low speeds.
- The reducer will have no risk of damage, even due to a non-contact transmission model, allowing it to protect the main prime mover.
