This discontinuous sandwich panel line is used in the production of sandwich panels with metal facings, as well as polyurethane insulation boards. It covers less area than the continuous sandwich panel line, saving user space. During the foaming process of two boards, the other two can be simultaneously loaded and unloaded to improve the processing efficiency. This machine is used in the production of polyurethane sandwich panels for cold storage warehouses and other buildings with strict insulation requirements.
Features
- Hot-press plates: The superior quality hot-press plates quickly conduct heat without deformation. There will be no leakage under a water pressure of 30kg/cm. Surface grinding is used to produce a smooth finish.
- Oil cylinder: With a wear-resistant guide bushing and double oil sealing, the oil cylinder has an excellent reliability. The plunger surface is hard chrome plated with a high hardness and wear-resistance.
- Connection hose: The steam hose with a high temperature resistance features exceptional safety levels and a long service life.
- Hydraulic and electric control system: The control system is reliable and easy to operate.
