NJR can design sterile heat exchanger according to clients’ requirements. It’s an ideal pharmaceutical heat transfer equipment which can heat and cool the infusion and medicine and condense the sterile steam. Its volume ranging from 0.1m²-10m². Since it meets the FDA and CGMP standards, it is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, biology processing and other industries which have a high standard for the sanitary level.

Components
NJR can provide internal circulated double pipe plate heat exchanger or multitube double pipe heat exchangers. They are composed of following parts:

heat exchanger tubes or double pipe plate
nozzels
seals

Details

Raw material
In order to meet the sanitary requirements, the heat exchanger tube is made out of 316L stainless steel while the shell side is made of 304 stainless steel.
Surface polishing
The interior surface of heat exchanger is electropolishing finish with Ra≤0.4um.
Seals
Liners are used for soft sealing between the heat exchanger tube and tube sheet then weld automatically. The weld bore is also precision electropolishing finish.
Insulation
Hydrophobic aluminum silicate salt felt is used for inner insulation while the outer surface adopts 304 stainless steel matt plate, which can also be wire drawing finish.
Inlet and outlet
According to the pressure and temperature, the inlet and outlet can use spin collar or flange type to connect.
