302A Egg Processing Line with Cleaning, Grading & Packaging (10000 EGGS/HOUR)
ZENYER 302A egg processing line includes the 602 vacuum egg lifter, , and . This model has a maximum capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour and 4-7 grade levels, and is used to carry out egg loading & accumulator & candling booth, automatic sanitizer spraying, washing, drying, auto head turning, grading and automatic packing lane (including Single dropset and manual tray stocker). Users can also choose to have it equipped with as well.
This processing equipment line is fully PLC system controlled, and equipped with an individual control panel that is used to set grading levels, calibrate accuracy, accumulate quantities and sound an alarm and automatically diagnose any malfunctions.

Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto using the ZENYER . 6 rows LED lights are added under the accumulator and workers can pick out any leaking, dirty or cracking eggs through the LED lights. The LED candling booth equips with cover and mirror as well to reinforce the candling result. ZENYER 605A accumulator will direct 6 lines of eggs into 1 line and transport them to the single conveyor egg washer nicely with no cracking.
Sanitizer equipment sprays disinfectant or detergent onto the eggs.
Eggs are fully cleaned using two brush sets and a warm water spray. The brush modules are flexible, and adjustments can be made to the brush distance, position, and speed.
Eggs are perfectly dried by drying brush and strong air generated by drying fans.
ZENYER can be attached at the end of the egg cleanser, allowing users to print the farm name, logo, date, best before date, and other information onto the egg.
Simple design makes sure the eggs are perfectly orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage before getting packed.
The PLC system controlled electronic weighing system grades eggs based on weights up to 6 grades.
Automatic packing lane includes Single dropset and manual egg tray stocker. Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray stocker, allowing the stocker to send the empty trays to where the eggs will drop from. the Single dropset unit drop down the eggs into 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 egg carton and 30-egg tray automatically.
The graded eggs will fall onto the conveyor and be packed into egg tray manually. The conveyor can be split by a bar for 2 different sizes of eggs if needed.
